Before your session

  • After you submit a referral or enquiry form, we will contact you to help arrange an appointment and answer any questions you might have!

  • We'll send you some helpful information about our services, and you'll complete a counselling agreement. You can read and fill out forms on your phone or computer.

  • If you're paying for your appointments, please pay the invoice at least a day before your session. If your appointments are part of your NDIS plan, we'll arrange payment with your plan manager.

  • To help you prepare, you'll receive a reminder email with all the appointment details.

  • Try to arrive five minutes early, whether you're joining us online or in person. This way, you'll have a moment to get comfortable.

After your session

  • You can decide if you'd like to have more counselling.

  • If you'd like another appointment, that's okay. We will find an appointment time that suits you and book this in.

  • If you'd like to finish counselling, that's okay, too.

  • Either way, we're here for you.

We’d like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the Countries where our team lives and works: the Nukunu Nation and the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. We recognise their ongoing connection to land, waters, skies, and community. We’re grateful to live and work here, and we recognise that sovereignty was never ceded. Always was, always will be.
